Meeting with War Veteran

 Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- Graduating class students of senior middle schools in North Phyongan Province of the DPRK met with a war veteran at the provincial art theatre.
Schoolchildren welcomed Kil Song Ran, a war veteran, presenting bouquets to her.
Kil gave a militant salute on behalf of the war veterans to the new generation who have decided to stand at the honorable posts of national defence after finishing their school days.
She said that the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War is a brilliant fruition of the original military ideas, superb strategy and tactics and outstanding commanding art of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, the iron-willed commander.
She handed over the national flag of the DPRK to the new generation, asking them to become true soldiers who reliably defend the country and the people.
Graduating class students took the floor to express their determination to devotedly defend the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un with arms at the posts of national defence, true to the fighting spirit of the defenders of the country in the 1950s and the martyrs who participated in the overseas military operations.
Present there were officials of the youth league and schoolchildren in the province. -0-
