Bahrain condoles with Canada over victims of high school shooting

Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain expressed sympathy and solidarity with Canada following a shooting incident that occurred at a high school and a residence in the province of British Columbia in western Canada, which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Government and people of Canada, as well as to the families and relatives of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured. The ministry reiterated the Kingdom’s firm and steadfast stance rejecting violence and the intimidation of innocent people in all its forms and manifestations.
