National Guard Staff Director receives Saudi National Guard Ministry delegation

Manama, Feb. 1 (BNA): Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, the National Guard Staff Director, received a delegation from the Plans and Operations Directorate at the Ministry of National Guard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

His Highness Brigadier Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Assistant for Operations and Training, was present.

Lt. Gen. Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud conveyed the greetings of His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard, and commended the historical ties between the two countries.

The meeting discussed topics of mutual interest and means to strengthen military and training cooperation between the Bahraini National Guard and the Saudi National Guard, in line with the dircetives of the leadership of both countries.

For his part, Colonel Abdullah bin Musaed Al Otaibi, head of the delegation, commended the high level of readiness and training efficiency achieved by the Bahraini National Guard, as well as its role in strengthening ties between the two kingdoms through cooperation, exchange of expertise, and the conduct of joint exercises between the Bahraini National Guard and its Saudi counterpart.
