New Year's Cards Produced in DPRK
Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- Creators of the Art and Literature Publishing House and the Central Fine Arts Studio and teachers and students of Pyongyang University of Fine Arts in the DPRK produced greeting cards on various themes ahead of the New Year.
The New Year's cards show the excitement and joy of the people witnessing the stirring reality, in which the whole country is undergoing change day by day along with the new era of the civilization and prosperity ushered in under the wise leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee, and their strong desire to uphold the powerful country forever.
The cards showing new streets in the capital city, fairyland villages across the country and modern regional-industry factories add to the pride and self-confidence in the Korean-style socialism where all dreams and ideals of the people come true.
The cards also show the reliable appearances of sportspersons who created eye-opening sports myths one after another in international games this year, redoubling all the people's confidence in victory and optimism and glorifying the dignity and might of our great state all over the world.
There are also cards reflecting the happy looks of children learning to their heart's content and growing up under the care of the motherly Party and the traditional manners and customs. -0-
