Bishkek residents to use Tulpar card in Tashkent public transport next year

Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. The Tulpar system is currently undergoing integration with partners in Tashkent, Bekzhan Akmatbekov, Director of Operations for the Tulpar project told Kabar.

He noted that the integration work will be completed next year, after which Bishkek residents will be able to pay for public transport in Tashkent, and visitors from Tashkent will be able to use the payment system on Bishkek public transport.

"In addition, negotiations are underway with other cities in Kyrgyzstan. If agreements are reached, the project may begin next year in the cities of Balykchy, Naryn, and several cities in the Chui region, particularly Kara-Balta," Akmatbekov shared.
