Semnan to host 1st Intl. Conf. on Impact of Climate Change

TEHRAN, Dec. 27 (MNA) – The First International Conference on Impact of Climate Change on Occurrence of Accident and Disaster will be held on Semnan province on Dec. 29.

The prestigious conference will be held with the cooperation and collaboration of Red Crescent Society of Iran and University of Semnan.

Speaking in an interview with Mehr news agency, CEO of Red Crescent Society of Semnan province Hossein Derakhshan stated that an exhibition of relief & rescue equipment, Health, safety and Environment (HSE), and crisis management will be held on the sidelines of this event.

Health and hygiene, environment, economy, passive defense, and new technologies are among the other topics which will be discussed in the conference.
