Lecture Given to Mark 53rd Anniversary of Enactment of DPRK Constitution

 Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- A lecture was given at the Central Youth Hall on Dec. 26 to mark the 53rd anniversary of the enactment of the DPRK Constitution.
Present there were officials of the youth league and youth and students.
Hong Chol Hwa, director of the Academy of Social Sciences, gave a lecture titled "On the immortal exploits performed by the peerlessly great men for the development of the DPRK Constitution".
Hong explained the immortal exploits of the peerlessly great men who provided and developed the Juche-oriented political charter with their outstanding ideas and leadership.
President Kim Il Sung made sure that the most popular and revolutionary constitution embodying the Juche Idea was worked out and thus laid a powerful legal foundation for the eternal prosperity of the state and people, he noted, and went on:
Chairman Kim Jong Il made the Constitution of the DPRK serve as a powerful weapon dynamically promoting the revolution and construction.
The DPRK Constitution provided by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il is further developing under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The lecturer stressed that the DPRK Constitution, which has steadily developed under the care of the peerlessly great men, is precious wealth of the dignified DPRK, adding that it will as ever creditably discharge its historic mission as a legal weapon for guaranteeing the victory in building a powerful socialist country. -0-
