The State of Qatar Expresses Support for Efforts to Enhance Peace and Security in Yemen

   Doha, December 26, 2025, SPA -- The State of Qatar expressed its full support for all efforts that strengthen peace and security in the Republic of Yemen. It emphasized the importance of close cooperation among all Yemeni parties to prevent escalation and resolve outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means, thereby preserving Yemen’s unity and territorial integrity.
   In a statement issued yesterday, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Qatar’s full support for the legitimate Yemeni government. It lauded the Presidential Leadership Council's efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people and fulfill their aspirations for security, stability, and peace.
   Qatar also expressed its support for efforts led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to enhance security and stability and advance the de-escalation process in Yemen.
