President Zhaparov arrived in Japan

Bishkek, Dec.19, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Republic President Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in Japan, December 18, on a working visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi to participate in the First Summit of the "Central Asia + Japan" Dialogue.

The head of state's plane landed at Tokyo's Haneda International Airport. The national flags of the Central Asian countries were displayed at the airport, and a red carpet was rolled out.

President Sadyr Zhaparov was met by Japanese Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Eri Arfiya and other officials.

As part of the visit, a bilateral meeting between the head of state and senior Japanese leaders is scheduled. The business forum of Central Asian countries and Japan will also be held on the sidelines of the summit.
