Azerbaijan’s economy grew by 1.6% in January-November 2025

In January–November of 2025, Azerbaijan’s economy saw a growth of more than 1.6% percent in gross domestic product (GDP) compared to the same period last year, reaching 116.32 billion manats.
According to the State Statistical Committee, the added value in the oil and gas sector of the economy decreased by 1.8 percent, while the non-oil and gas sector experienced a 3.2 percent increase.
Various sectors contributed to the GDP: industry accounted for 34 percent, trade and vehicle repair for 10.6 percent, transport and warehousing for 7.2 percent, construction for 6.5 percent, agriculture 6.4%, forestry, and fishing, tourist accommodation and public catering for 2.8 percent, information and communication for 1.9 percent, and other sectors for 21.1 percent. Net taxes on products and imports constituted 9.5 percent of the GDP.
The GDP per capita stood at 11,356.4 manats.
