CoMotion GLOBAL in Riyadh Sees New Deals, Launch of Global Smart Mobility Study on Day Two
Riyadh, December 08, 2025, SPA -- CoMotion GLOBAL 2025, continuing for the second day in Riyadh, has drawn strong international attendance and high-level participation from policymakers, innovators, and investors in mobility and urban-innovation sectors worldwide.
The day featured the signing of several strategic memoranda of understanding, representing a major milestone in developing advanced mobility systems, in addition to the launch of an international study focused on the role of AI in reshaping global transport systems.
On the second day of the summit, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) announced the signing of an MoU with Archer Aviation to accelerate the rollout of air-taxi services in Saudi Arabia.
Moreover, inDrive and Saudi-based AI Driver signed an MoU under the supervision of the Transport General Authority, establishing a strategic partnership that supports the continued advancement of smart-mobility solutions in the region. The agreement seeks to integrate modern technologies with transport services to promote a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable mobility environment.
The summit also saw the launch of the “Mayors in Motion” initiative, which brings together more than 100 mayors and municipal officials from around the world to support urban innovation and sustainable development. The initiative focuses on advancing future smart cities with stronger connectivity and provides a platform for knowledge exchange through an international network that helps align strategies and address shared challenges, including carbon-emission reduction, digital transformation, and improvements in mobility systems.
