Supported by KSrelief, Prosthetics Center in Hadhramaut Provides Services to 519 Beneficiaries in October

Hadhramaut, November 29, 2025, SPA -- The project to operate the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Hadhramaut Governorate provided a variety of medical services to 519 Yemeni beneficiaries who had lost limbs during October 2025, with the support of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
The center delivered 1,925 services, with males accounting for 64% of beneficiaries and females 36%. Displaced individuals represented 14%, while residents made up 86%. The services included manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitating prosthetic limbs, as well as physical therapy and specialized consultation.
This effort comes as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing humanitarian projects, implemented through KSrelief, to strengthen the health sector and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
