Jeddah to Host Final Round of World Rally Championship ‘Saudi Rally 2025’ for First Time in Kingdom’s History

   Jeddah, November 26, 2025, SPA -- The final round of the World Rally Championship (WRC), “Saudi Rally 2025” supported by Jameel Motorsports, is scheduled to kick off today, marking the Kingdom’s first-ever hosting of a WRC round. The event runs through November 29 under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport and is organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, with promotion by Saudi Motorsport Company.
   On this occasion, Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal said: “The generous and unwavering support provided to the sports sector by our wise leadership is the primary driver behind the sector’s distinguished achievements and rapid progress. The Kingdom’s hosting of the World Rally Championship is an extension of the series of successes that have firmly established the Kingdom’s position on the global sports map.”
   He added: “The final round of the rally features 17 stages over four consecutive days, with 82 drivers and co-drivers from 25 nationalities competing across three categories along a diverse route extending a total of 1,218 kilometers, including 319 timed kilometers.” The minister wished all competitors success in delivering their best performance in this unique and thrilling event.
   This hosting reinforces the Kingdom’s position on the global sports map, reflecting the vision of the wise leadership and supporting efforts to attract more major international events in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
