Iran ranks first among Islamic countries’ universities in 2025

Tehran,IRNA-- According to the Leiden Ranking, Iran, with 48 universities included in this ranking system, maintains its first place among Islamic countries in terms of the number of universities, as in previous years. Following Iran, Turkey and Saudi Arabia hold the second and third positions with 45 and 20 universities respectively.
