DPRK Women Mark Founding Anniversary of Women's Union

 Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Exemplary women's union officials and communist mothers had a story-telling meeting "The worthy life of the blessed women" at the Hall of Women on November 13 on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea.
Present there were Kim Jong Sun, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Hyang Sun, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea, women's union officials and members in Pyongyang.
Performers extended the noblest tribute and glory to the peerlessly great persons who gave ordinary women the genuine dignity and right and trained all the mothers to be women revolutionaries who glorify their worthy life on the path for the prosperity and development of the DPRK.
They said that they have turned women's union organizations into the groups of patriots and communist mothers who devote themselves to the country, true to the important tasks set forth at the historic speech made by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the 5th National Conference of Mothers.
The participants were moved by the stories told by the winners of the Communist Mother Honor Prize who have successfully brought up their children and invariably covered the road for supporting the army while cherishing that the happiness of families and rising generation is guaranteed when the country is defended.
The performers ardently called upon the participants to devote themselves to the prosperity of the country like the women of the preceding generations, remaining faithful to the idea and leadership of the great Party Central Committee. -0-
