National Symposium Held to Mark Start of Three-revolution Red Flag Movement

 Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- A national symposium took place at the Central Youth Hall in the DPRK on Thursday to mark the 50th anniversary of the start of the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.
Present there were Choe Tong Myong, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party, administration and working people's organizations in Pyongyang and theoretical information workers of the armed forces organs, the fields of science, education, literature and arts, media, the preservation of revolutionary relics and Party cadre training institutions.
The symposium heard papers dealing with the undying feats of the peerlessly great men who wisely led the three revolutions-ideological, technological and cultural, to be dynamically conducted in all fields of the revolution and construction and explaining in depth the theoretical and practical issues related to the importance and epoch-making significance of carrying out the three revolutions in expanding and developing the overall prosperity of the DPRK. Ju Chang Il and Kim Jong Sun, department directors of the WPK Central Committee, Kim Song Chan, director general and editor-in-chief of the WPK Publishing House, and Yu Kyong Il, chief secretary of the Phyongchon District Committee of the WPK read out the papers.
They referred to the undying feats of the peerlessly great men who brought about great changes and miracles in all fields of socialist construction in the flames of the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.
They explained that the Party's line of transforming all our revolutionary positions in line with the demands of the three revolutions is a great practical programme for bringing earlier the realization of the ideal of the people by achieving the overall development of socialism.
They proved that the outstanding leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is a decisive factor in ushering in a new era of transformation by bringing about a revolutionary turn in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.
They called upon all the officials, Party members and other working people to confidently usher in an era of comprehensive prosperity of our state development under the uplifted banner of the three revolutions. -0-
