Youth Minister highlights Bahraini talent at Ferrari 296 Challenge reveal

Manama, Nov. 9 (BNA):  Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, attended an event at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) organised by the Ministry in collaboration with Euro Motors and Al Zayani Investments.

The event unveiled the winning design for the exterior of the Ferrari 296 Challenge featuring Bahraini identity, created by Bahraini youth Saud Abdulaziz Ahmed as part of a national competition under the Youth City 2030 programmes, combining artistic creativity with modern engineering.

The Minister commended Bahraini youth as a key driver of national progress, noting their ambition and creativity in transforming ideas into achievements that enhance Bahrain’s regional and global standing.  She highlighted the competition as an effective platform for translating talent into practical, innovative projects reflecting Bahraini identity.

Nawaf Khalid Al Zayani, Vice Chairman of Al Zayani Investments, underscored the company’s commitment to supporting young Bahraini talent in design and innovation, fostering environments that encourage creativity and global competitiveness.

The winner, Saud Abdulaziz Ahme, described seeing his design on the Ferrari 296 Challenge as a milestone in his career and a motivation to further develop his skills while representing Bahrain internationally in design and engineering.
