Agricultural Workers of Yonsu-ri in DPRK Move into New Houses
Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- Modern houses have been built in Yonsu-ri of Yonsa County, North Hamgyong Province, the DPRK.
The dwelling houses were designed with diverse and unique styles to preserve the features peculiar to the mountainous area and ensure the modernity and architectural beauty, so that the agricultural workers there lead a worthwhile life in a modern farm village while enjoying socialist civilization.
There took place a ceremony of moving into new houses on the spot.
Present there were officials of the province and the county, builders and agricultural workers.
A congratulatory address was made at the ceremony and licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.
As the farmers began to move into new houses, the farm village resounded with happy singing and laughter. Officials visited the owners of new houses to share joy with them. -0-
