Foreign Minister meets US Interior Secretary

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Doug Burgum, Secretary of the Interior of the United States, on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to attend the 21st IISS Manama Dialogue 2025.

The meeting reviewed the longstanding strategic partnership between Bahrain and the US and their close cooperation in various domains within the framework of bilateral agreements, including the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).

They also exchanged views on current regional issues and security challenges, and means to enhance cooperation and coordination to promote regional security, stability, and prosperity.
