McLaren wins Mexico City Grand Prix

Mexico City, Oct. 26 (BNA): McLaren, owned by Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Bahrain, continued its standout Formula 1 season with a commanding win at the Mexico City Grand Prix at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
Lando Norris delivered a dominant performance to take the chequered flag, crossing the line 30.324 seconds ahead of Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, while Red Bull’s Max Verstappen completed the podium in third.
With the win, McLaren remains on top of the Drivers’ Championship. Norris leads the standings on 357 points, one point clear of teammate Oscar Piastri.
McLaren had already sealed the 2025 Constructors’ Championship for the second consecutive year at the Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay Street Circuit, clinching the title with six rounds still to go.
This latest success underscores McLaren’s standing as one of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s leading global sports investments and demonstrates Mumtalakat’s continued support in elevating the Kingdom’s presence on the international sporting stage.
