Speaker congratulates Mazen El Qadi on election as Speaker of Jordanian House of Representatives

Manama, Oct. 26 (BNA): Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, sent a cable of congratulations to Mazen El Qadi, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on his election as Speaker during the opening of the second regular session of the 20th Jordanian Parliament.

Speaker Al Musallam commended the close ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Jordan under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of Jordan.

The Speaker underlined the Council’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with the Jordanian House of Representatives and supporting joint projects and initiatives, as well as coordination in regional and international parliamentary forums.
