Center for State and Municipal Services to be built in Naryn

Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2025 /Kabar/. Construction has begun on a three-story building for the Center for State and Municipal Services in Naryn. According to the city administration, 47 acres of land, designated for the construction of several government agencies, including the Department of Municipal Property and Architecture, had previously been allocated for the building. It is noted that the new facility is being built with the aim of creating modern conditions for public services. The construction was financed by Chinese investors developing the Tien Shan City residential complex. A capsule laying ceremony for the foundation of the future building also took place on September 25.
According to Naryn Mayor Zhainak, once the center is completed, agencies currently located in cramped spaces will have spacious and comfortable offices. The mayor also emphasized that the necessary infrastructure will be created around the building.
