Kyrgyz CEC obliges political parties to submit candidate nominations within three days

Bishkek, Sept 26, 2025. /Kabar/. Political parties expressing their desire to participate in the elections must submit a written notification to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Kyrgyz Republic within three days.
According to the Central Election Commission, within three calendar days of the announcement of the elections for deputies of the Supreme Council, political parties expressing their desire to nominate their candidates for parliament member must submit a written notification to the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic indicating their participation in the elections. This notification includes the details of the approved representative of the political party authorized to sign the election documents required of the political party in accordance with Part 4, Article 60 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic."
The following documents must be attached to the notification:
1) a copy of the political party's registration certificate;
2) a notarized copy of the political party's charter;
3) a copy of the political party leader's passport;
4) a list of authorized representatives of the political party;
5) statements of authorized representatives of the political party;
6) copies of the passports of authorized representatives of the political party.
A written notification, accompanied by a notarized copy of the political party's charter, must be signed by the political party leader and bear the political party's seal.
