Foreign Minister meets Jordanian counterpart

New York, Sep. 24 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, at the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

The ministers reviewed the longstanding relations between Bahrain and Jordan, reflecting both kingdoms' commitment to enhance cooperation, coordination, and consultation at all levels. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments and exchanged views on current issues affecting the region.
