Project for Upgrading Taehongdan County Potato-processing Factory Completed

Pyongyang, September 18 (KCNA) -- The project for upgrading the Taehongdan County Potato-processing Factory was completed, according to Rodong Sinmun.
The completion of the project brought about a radical turn in improving the quality of processed potato products and increasing their variety and output.
Officials, workers, technicians and members of the three-revolution team of the factory manufactured and installed dozens of kinds of equipment by themselves.
They manufactured equipment with high lifting capacity to save a lot of manpower and funds and opened a shortcut to finishing the project at an early date.
The factory simultaneously pushed ahead with road construction, retaining wall construction, etc., while conducting the afforestation and greening in conformity with the surrounding environment. -0-
