Science and English teachers receive 26,500 laptops in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 18, 2025 /Kabar/. Across Kyrgyzstan, 26,500 science and English teachers have received laptops under the "Altyn Kazyk" program, Education Minister Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva announced today in Bishkek during a regular awards ceremony.

According to the Minister, the country is actively digitalizing its education system by initiative of the president.

The main goal was to provide teachers with laptops. These aren't just empty laptops: they are pre-loaded with textbooks, lesson plans, and teaching aids. The laptops are being distributed to 502 deputy principals of Bishkek schools for educational work, she noted.
