Iran, Turkey review ways to foster trade exchange

Iranian and Turkish officials held talks Tuesday on removing problems with their trade promotion and reviewed ways to expand bilateral cooperation.

The talks were held in a meeting in the Turkish province of Erzurum and attended by Iran’s Ambassador to Turkey Bahman Hossein-Pour and Erzurum's provincial governor Sami Bulut.

Some members of parliaments in the two countries as well as a number of businessmen were also present in the meeting.

Iran’s ambassador called in the meeting for the need to make bilateral efforts to promote trade and economic cooepration.

An Iranian delegation led by Hossein-Pour is visiting Turkey’s Erzurum since July 14 at the invitation of the province’s governor.
