HM King congratulates Uruguayan President

Manama, Aug. 24 (BNA):  His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Yamandú Orsi of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
