Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Upon HRH the Crown Prince's Proposal, Awards Maher Al-Dalbahi King Abdulaziz Medal for Heroic Bravery

Jeddah, August 21, 2025, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a directive, based on the proposal of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to award citizen Maher Fahad Al-Dalbahi the King Abdulaziz Medal (First Class), along with a financial reward of SAR1 million, in recognition of his heroic courage.
Al-Dalbahi demonstrated exceptional bravery by taking control of a burning fuel truck and driving it away from a gas station, thereby preventing significant danger and saving lives.
The recognition reflects the leadership's deep appreciation for the sacrifices of Saudi citizens who embody the values of courage, dedication, and selflessness, values inherited from the foundational principles upon which the Kingdom was built.
Al-Dalbahi's family expressed gratitude for the royal recognition, describing it as a profound honor and a continuation of the leadership's unwavering commitment to valuing its citizens and acknowledging their sacrifices across all fields.
