Legal Affairs Minister meets US Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Aug. 12 (BNA): Yousef bin Abdulhussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs, received Steven C. Bondy, Ambassador of the United States to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Minister Khalaf emphasised the longstanding relations between Bahrain and the US, and the development they are witnessing in various domains.

The meeting discussed means to continue enhancing joint cooperation in the legal and legislative domains, and exchanging expertise that contributes to supporting bilateral work and serving common interests.

On his part, Ambassador Bondy expressed his appreciation to the minister, underlining the US’ commitment to continue joint cooperation with the Kingdom in all domains.
