HM King congratulates President of Chad

Manama, Aug. 11 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Mahamat Itno Déby, President of the Republic of Chad, on his country’s Independence Day.
