Chief Prosecutor participates in 48th meeting of GCC Public Prosecution and Attorney General offices

Riyadh, July 23 (BNA):  Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Yousef Al Zubari participated in the 48th meeting of the Committee of Experts from the Public Prosecution and Attorney General offices of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, held in Saudi Arabia.

The meeting reviewed several agenda items, most notably the draft guide for dealing with elderly individuals during the investigation phase, a proposal to establish a guiding law regulating the uses of artificial intelligence, the draft policy to enhance cooperation among the public prosecution and attorney general bodies of the GCC states, and strengthening cooperation with the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).
