Foreign Minister receives credentials of newly appointed Palestinian Ambassador

Manama, July 21 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of Arif Yusuf Saleh, the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Dr. Al Zayani commended the longstanding historical relations between Bahrain and Palestine, which continue to develop across various domains. He wished him success in his diplomatic duties.

Ambassador Saleh expressed pride in meeting the Foreign Minister and representing his country in the Kingdom. He emphasised his commitment to further developing cooperation between the two countries in all areas and wished Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Salah Mohammed Shehab, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
