Foreign Minister meets Saudi crown prince to discuss regional stability

Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has held talks with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on security and stability in the region.
In high-level talks in Jeddah on Tuesday, Araqchi met with Mohammed bin Salman to address regional developments and reinforce the importance of security and stability in the region.
Araqchi appreciated Saudi Arabia for its condemnation of Israel’s imposed war on Iran, praising the Crown Prince’s initiatives toward regional security and stability.
Both sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest during the discussion.
The Crown Prince expressed hope that the ceasefire between Iran and Israel would pave the way for a more stable and secure region.
He also reiterated Saudi Arabia’s support for dialogue as the primary tool to resolve differences.
Earlier that day, Araqchi met with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan, conferring on the latest regional developments and efforts to ensure lasting peace.
