Saudi Arabia Condemns Israeli Occupation's Calling for Imposition of Sovereignty Over Palestine's West Bank

Riyadh, July 02, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the statements made by an official from the Israeli occupation authorities calling for the imposition of sovereignty over the West Bank in Palestine, in violation of international legitimacy resolutions.
   The Ministry reiterates the Kingdom's firm rejection of any attempts to expand settlements on Palestinian land, and stresses the importance of holding the Israeli authorities accountable to international resolutions. The Kingdom reaffirms its full support for the Palestinian people in their pursuit of their legitimate rights, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative, including the establishment of an independent Palestinian state along the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, which is the Kingdom’s firm and unwavering position.
