Justice Minister bids farewell to Bahraini Hajj pilgrims at Bahrain International Airport

Manama, June 1 (BNA): Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs, bid farewell to groups of Bahraini pilgrims departing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj at Bahrain International Airport.

 

He was accompanied by Isa Sami Al Mannai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments for Justice Affairs.

 

Minister Al Maawda highlighted the strong cooperation between government bodies to serve Bahraini pilgrims, reflecting the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He emphasised that these efforts ensure the best possible comfort and support for pilgrims.

 

He also commended Saudi Arabia’s early preparations for the 2025 Hajj season (1446H), which have improved organisational readiness and enhanced the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

 

Minister Al Maawda thanked the Ministry of Interior, Bahrain Airport Company, and the King Fahd Causeway Authority for their efforts and support in ensuring smooth travel for Bahraini pilgrims.
