HH Shaikh Nasser AI Research Centre wins best government AI application in education award

Manama, May 29 (BNA): The HH Shaikh Nasser Centre Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Centre, affiliated with the Nasser Centre for Science and Technology, received the AI Implementation of the Year in Education Award at the GovTech Innovation Forum and awards in Dubai. The Centre was recognised for its innovative project, AI-Powered Virtual Classrooms, which showcased excellence in developing evidence-based learning solutions by utilising predictive technologies and data analytics to foster innovation and creativity while ensuring a safe and productive educational environment.
This achievement aligns with the Centre’s strategic vision to leverage artificial intelligence in supporting digital transformation across both public and private sectors, particularly in education and training.
The Centre’s participation in the forum also included involvement in specialised panel discussions, where it shared national experiences in developing advanced artificial intelligence systems and addressed key challenges in AI implementation.
