Delivering Bahrain’s national statement during the general debate, the minister highlighted Bahrain’s support for the World Health Organization’s efforts to ensure equitable access to healthcare and address global health challenges. She underlined the importance of international cooperation and scientific innovation in building resilient health systems that contribute to sustainable development.

Dr. Jalila emphasised Bahrain’s commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to providing high-quality, inclusive healthcare services.
