Shura Council Speaker Meets with Egyptian Prime Minister in Cairo

   Cairo, May 21, 2025, SPA -- Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh met on Tuesday in Cairo with Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, who welcomed him and praised the strong ties between the two countries and their peoples. Madbouly also commended Saudi Arabia’s efforts—under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—to support Arab causes.
   He further lauded the significant growth and prosperity that the Kingdom is witnessing across all sectors. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance collaboration to serve the common interests of both nations and their peoples. Their discussions also addressed several issues of mutual concern.
   The Shura Council speaker's official visit to Egypt came in response to an invitation from Speaker of the Egyptian House of Representatives Dr. Hanafy Gebaly.
