Azerbaijani Foreign Minister visits Bahrain National Museum

Manama, May 12 (BNA): Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, visited the Bahrain National Museum, where he was received by Farah Mattar, Director General of Culture and Museums at the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister was taken on a tour at the museum, where he was briefed on its sections and exhibits, which showcase Bahrain’s history spanning thousands of years. He viewed artefacts reflecting the civilisations that settled in Bahrain, including the Dilmun, Tylos, and Islamic civilisations, as well as exhibits on traditional crafts and professions once prominent in Bahrain, in addition to historical documents and manuscripts.
