HM King receives Saudi Minister of Education

Manama, May 11 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received His Excellency Yousef bin Abdullah Al Benyan, Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at Al Sakhir Palace.
The Saudi Minister of Education is visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain to sign the contract for the completion of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Medical City, a project undertaken by the Arabian Gulf University.
The Minister conveyed the greetings and best wishes of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
HM the King extended his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing His Majesty continued good health and the people of Saudi Arabia sustained progress and prosperity.
HM the King expressed pride in the longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, their leaderships, and their peoples.
HM the King commended the ongoing advancement of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various sectors, including education. His Majesty also lauded the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s honourable and steadfast support for Bahrain under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, reflecting the deep-rooted historical ties and close relations between the two countries.
HM the King also commended the establishment of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Medical City in Bahrain, initiated by the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as one of the outcomes of the close Bahraini-Saudi cooperation and distinguished relations between the two kingdoms and their peoples.
On his part, the Minister expressed his appreciation to HM the King for his directives and the support provided by Bahrain for the establishment of the medical city. He also commended His Majesty's ongoing commitment to strengthening the historical ties and cooperation between the two countries, particularly in education.
