Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Emergency Situations: Oil refinery fire extinguished

A fire that erupted at an oil refinery in the Nizami district of Baku on Wednesday morning has been totally extinguished, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

The fire, which began at 10 a.m., was swiftly localized, preventing further spread.
