HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad meets US Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy at the Pentagon

Washington, Feb. 13 (BNA): Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, met with Alexander Velez-Green, Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, at the Pentagon.

The meeting was attended by Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Ambassador of Bahrain to the United States; Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor; and Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Strategic Security Bureau.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and the United States across various domains. HH emphasised the Kingdom’s commitment to further strengthening cooperation with the US to serve the interests of both countries and their peoples.

Discussions also focused on ways to enhance joint efforts in areas of mutual interest.
