TWO PROJECTS WIN PROPERTY AWARDS
Hanoi (VNA) – Two projects of Indochina Land , the real estate arm of Indochina Capital, have won the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2009.
The Nam Hai resort in Hoi An town of central Quang Nam province, reputed by the
most deluxe resort in Vietnam , took the Architecture Award while the Indochina
Riverside Towers in central coastal Da Nang city carried off the Best
Mixed-Used Development Award.
The awards presentation ceremony will be held in Singapore on July 16.
The awards are the Asia-Pacific edition of the International Property Awards, the
industry’s most prestigious global awards programme.
The International Property Awards is a world-renowned mark of excellence and
celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors
of the property and real estate industry. These awards, which are split into regions
covering the Americas , Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa, Arabia and the UK , are
judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of
