Iraq, Iran Discuss Security Cooperation

Baghdad /NINA/ -National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji discussed with the Iranian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadiq, the exchange of information, in a way that enhances the security and stability of the region.

The Chancellery said in a statement: "The meeting discussed the latest developments in the situation at the international and regional levels, as well as discussing strengthening relations between the two neighboring countries in all fields." 

It explained that the meeting also discussed the importance of continuing cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and exchanging information, in a way that enhances the security and stability of the region./End
