Bahrain Embassy in Algeria hosts National Day reception

Algiers, Dec. 14 (BNA): The Embassy of Bahrain in Algeria hosted a reception to celebrate Bahrain’s National Day, commemorating the establishment of the modern Bahraini state as a Muslim Arab state by its founder Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the throne.

The event was attended by Laaziz Faid, Algeria’s Minister of Finance; Ambassador Mokhtar Amine Khelif, Director General of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad; members of Algeria’s National People’s Assembly; accredited ambassadors; and senior officials, diplomats, and academics.

Ali Jassim Al Aradi, Bahrain's Ambassador to Algeria, expressed pride in celebrating the national occasion, coinciding with the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty the King’s accession, highlighting Bahrain’s progress and commitment to tolerance, coexistence, and peace under His Majesty’s leadership.

The ambassador also emphasised the robust and historic relations between Bahrain and Algeria, built on mutual respect, shared values, and strong Islamic and Arab ties.
