Kyrgyz athletes win prizes at international tournament Serbian Open Cup

Kyrgyz athletes won prizes at the international karate tournament Serbian Open Cup in Serbia, the Osh Mayor's Office said.
The tournament was held on November 23-24 in the city of Belgrade, Serbia.
It was attended by 1,200 athletes from 10 countries.
Thus, the competition included both individual and team fights.
According to the results of the two-day competition, the winners and prize-winners were:
• Emir Almazbekov (12-13 years old, kumite, 50 kg);
• Aruuke Ergasheva (14-15 years old, kata);
• Maksat Batyrbekov (16-17 years old, kumite, 60 kg);
• Arnel Samatov (8-9 years old, kumite, 30 kg).
In team fights in the kumite category among men (18-39 years old), silver medals were won by:
• Abdibek Apsatarov,
• Samarbek Dolotbaev,
• Maksat Batyrbekov,
• Rasulbek Tashlankulov.
