MWL Strongly Condemns Israeli Occupation Forces' Targeting of UNRWA

Makkah, November 17, 2024, SPA -- The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned, in the strongest terms, the ongoing targeting by Israeli occupation forces of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), its facilities, and its staff, the latest being the bombing of Abu Assi School in the Gaza Strip.
   In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, the MWL Secretary General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, held the Israeli occupation forces accountable for the repeated crimes committed against unarmed civilians and humanitarian and relief organization workers.
   He called on the international community to take serious and effective action to stop these ongoing crimes and violations of international and humanitarian laws.
