Next Lebanese government to develop ties with Iran

Lebanon appointed prime minister said that the next government will take steps toward developing ties with Iran.

Saad Hariri in a meeting with Iran’s Ambassador to Beirut Mohammad Reza Sheybani here on Saturday said this.
He also appreciated Iranian government's efforts and assistance to strengthen stability and unity in Lebanon.
Sheybani described his meeting with Lebanon next prime minister as “ effective and useful”.
The ambassador said that he had expressed Iran’s readiness for presenting every kind of help to Lebanese national unity.
He added international and regional developments as well as Lebanon domestic issues were discussed with the new prime minister and Iran’s stances on all issues were explained to him.
Sheybani also discussed regional and international issues as well as Lebanon domestic developments with Foreign Minister Fawzi Sallukh on Friday.
