Korean President receives Bahraini ambassador credentials

Seoul, Oct. 29(BNA): His Excellency Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea, received the credentials of Saud Hasan Al Nisf, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Korea.
The ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, expressing their wishes for continued health and prosperity for HE the President, and further progress and advancement for the Republic of Korea and its people.
He emphasised the importance of supporting and strengthening the close ties between Bahrain and Korea at all levels, to serve the interests of both nations and their peoples.
On his part, HE the President requested the ambassador to convey his greetings to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with his wishes for continued progress and prosperity for Bahrain, its government, and its people. He congratulated the ambassador on his appointment, underscoing his support for the ambassador’s diplomatic efforts.
Following the credentials presentation ceremony for the new ambassadors, HE the President exchanged welcoming remarks with the newly appointed diplomats, in the presence of Cho Tae-yul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
HE the President commended the strong relations between Korea and their respective countries, highlighting the ongoing development in various sectors and reaffirming Korea’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with Bahrain.
